Amazon Expands Health Services with Hinge Health for Musculoskeletal Care
New partnership connects Amazon customers to digital MSK treatment, expanding access to joint and muscle pain care.

Amazon Health Services
Amazon has expanded its health services program by adding Hinge Health, a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care company, to its growing list of virtual care providers. Launched in January, Amazon's health conditions program helps customers connect with digital health benefits provided through their employers or health plans, at no additional cost.
Novaxidil Triple Action Hair Regrowth Treatment
Novaxidil is a Premium OTC Triple Action hair loss treatment that stimulates hair regrowth, prevents further loss, AND nourishes your scalp with a combination of clinically proven ingredients: 5% Minoxidil, 2% K-Conazole, 1% Nicotinamide, Vitamin K, Biotin, and Collagen Peptides.
Our team of MD/PhD's formulated Novaxidil to maximize results while minimizing side effects.
MINOXIDIL 5%: Minoxidil is the Gold Standard for hair regrowth. It achieves this by shortening the telogen phase, extending the anagen phase, increasing blood flow to the scalp, and increasing dermal papilla cell activity.
K-CONAZOLE™ 2%: Studies have shown that K-Conazole™, a proprietary version of the popular compound, blocks the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone linked to male pattern baldness, as effectively as prescription alternatives like FINA without the side effects. It works by inhibiting the 5-alpha reductase (5AR) enzyme, which converts testosterone into DHT.
NICOTINAMIDE 1%: Nicotinamide, also known as niacinamide, has potent effects on hair regrowth. In studies, it has been shown to increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation to the scalp, as well as prevent premature catagen entry, and increase hair thickness. Nicotinamide works in synergy with Minoxidil, and K-Conazole™ to maximize hair regrowth, and minimize loss like no other product on the market!
Before you give up, and start rocking the "bald look," give Novaxidil a try. We're confident you won't regret it.
Hinge Health is the first MSK platform to join Amazon Health Services, which now includes Omada Health, Talkspace, and behavioral health company Rula Health. This collaboration aims to address a major challenge in healthcare: helping people access and fully utilize benefits they may not even know they have.
By integrating with Amazon's platform, Hinge Health can reach over 18 million people nationwide who are covered for joint and muscle pain treatments. Amazon customers experiencing back, joint, or muscle pain may now discover Hinge Health's services while browsing related products, with an option to check their eligibility.
This partnership leverages Amazon’s vast consumer reach, offering a new enrollment pathway for consumers to access digital health services. With nearly 40% of U.S. adults affected by MSK conditions, awareness and access to care remain limited, often leading to missed work, costly surgeries, and overreliance on pain medication.
Hinge Health’s 2024 State of MSK Care report found that 46% of respondents are unaware of the benefits available through their or their spouse’s employer, with nearly 70% failing to fully use these benefits. This highlights the critical need to close the gap in benefit utilization and awareness.
Daniel Perez, co-founder and CEO of Hinge Health, emphasized that Amazon’s extensive reach, combined with Hinge Health’s evidence-based digital platform, will allow the company to treat more individuals and improve chronic pain. Hinge Health has helped over 1 million people to date, with users reporting an average 68% improvement in chronic pain.
Founded in 2014, Hinge Health provides a digital platform that combines wearable sensors, AI-driven therapy, and health coaching to offer in-home MSK treatment. The platform pairs members with licensed physical therapists, physicians, and health coaches for personalized care, including the use of the FDA-cleared Enso wearable device for non-invasive pain relief.
Hinge Health’s approach has led to significant results, with members experiencing a 68% reduction in pain and a 58% decrease in depression and anxiety after 12 weeks. The company has raised over $1 billion, including a $400 million financing round in 2021.
Aaron Martin, Amazon’s VP of Healthcare, shared his excitement about collaborating with Hinge Health, noting that the partnership will simplify the journey to better health for those suffering from MSK conditions.
